Who Qualifies as a Recommendation?

To qualify for the Equity Medical Recommend-a-Friend Program, the person you recommend must:

  • Call 844-378-9633 and mention your name, or complete an interest form below
  • Be new to Equity Medical clinical trials, or have not screened for or participated in an Equity Medical clinical trial within the last 12 months
  • Complete a Screening Visit
    **A Screening Visit is complete when the recommended individual is assessed by our team, provides informed consent, and completes the required screening activities. Simply arriving for an appointment does not qualify.

You can recommend a friend or family member even if you have never participated in a clinical trial with Equity Medical.
